I’m about to order some rear shock mount tabs for the axle and they want to know what size bolt hole to drill in them. I told them I am going to use the stock bolt but, I didn’t know what size it was. They want to send them w/o holes since I don’t know want size bolt it is. I thought I wound ask if anyone knows what size the stock bolt is for my rear shocks.

Anyone?

If I remember correctly I used 1/2" bolts /forums/images/graemlins/thinking.gif
the Ford towers I had to drill out to 1/2" also.
Not positive but I'm thinking 1/2" is right

1/2" is right. I know on mine I'm running 5/8" since i don't run sleeves in my bushings.

However I forgot I drilled out the lowers..been so long
After measureing my 14 bolt here at work under my burb and compairing them to tazzy's we came up with a 9/16" bolt.

why are you not running sleeves? /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif /forums/images/graemlins/eek.gif

on my Wagon I'm not running sleeves so the shock can flex more and not bind. I was talking to Sky on this and he never uses the sleeves. all his tabs are punched out to 5/8"
