What size u-bolts and studs do I need for my front D60 and also U-bolt size for my 14ff? Trying to get my springs and u-bolts all ordered at one time.

You could check ORD's website. That's where I ordered mine from

5/8" 3-3/8" by however long you need
for grade 8 14BFFs.

For the Dana 60 get SuperLift Kit part # 3418, unless you intend on using a set of Zero Rates up front, then you may (or may not) need longer U-Bolts.
The two Left side U-bolts on a Dana 60 are 5/8 X 3-1/4 X Length.
The one Right side U-Bolt on a Dana 60 is 5/8 X 4 X Length.
The Right side Bolts (or studs) are course thread 5/8 X 4 (can be either 5" and sometimes 6" long if using a Zero Rate up front).
Corporation 14-Bolt FF are Square Bend U-Bolts 5/8 X 3-3/8 X Length.
The two Left side U-bolts on a Dana 60 are 5/8 X 3-1/4 X Length.
The one Right side U-Bolt on a Dana 60 is 5/8 X 4 X Length.
