What tailgate will fit?

I have a 74 k5 blazer, I installed a soft top..and will no longer need the glass in tailgate.
Is it true a regular pickup truck tailgate will work?
If so,what years would fit my 74?

same body style truck tailgate AND all the truck hardware is required .

Basically any 73-87 (91) tailgate with matching hardware. Don't mix and match tailgate and hardware.
