I am thinking its one of those big military trucks used to haul the airplanes from one hanger to the other. I have seen one here for sale. That puppy was huge. Didnt have UNIMOG running gear though. More like Rockwell 2.5T axles with four wheel steering. The frame was almost 14" from top to bottom. With a GM front cab and desiel. There is a pic of it in the last fourwheeler. the guys states his worst violation was bumper height. I hope this helps you out in that vague sort of way.
