My T-case outputshaft is 6* downwards and i shimmed the axle 6* upwards and its way worse than having 13* on the axle yoke.

Idealy you want your yoke 2* lower than your tcase so when you put power to the rear it lifts that 2* and is equal.

Have you checked the u-joints in your driveshaft?

What's the angle of the driveshaft?

Really the only way to guarantee there are no vibes is if the operating angle on each joint is only a couple degrees. With a lifted K5 that is only possible with a CV shaft.

For a CV style drive shaft, the transfer case output and pinion should point at each other.
For a conventional style drive shaft, the transfer case output and pinion should be parallel.

Is your T-case dropped 1" If so put it back up and try it like that. That will put your axle angle a degree or two less than the case output.

Recheck the angles through the joints. Changing one changes the other. 6* is not too bad. It might not be perfect, but should definitely be usable. Double check those U-joints and the pinion nut. Sometimes the change in angle reveals a U-joint that is already worn.
