What to do about my tires

With all the talk about the goodyear MTR's being backordered, I asked the auto dept manager at Sears about it since I'm expecting mine this week (insert laugh here)
He said he talked to his goodyear rep and was told that for the size I want, 37x12.5x15, there were 2500 in the nation that are backordered /forums/images/graemlins/mad.gif For my area, there are 250 backordered and they ecpect to ship 175 of them in about 8 freakin weeks!!. Of course mine won't be in that first shipment. I can expect them in "ROUGHLY" 3-4 months /forums/images/graemlins/angryfire.gif. So now I have to decide if I really want them now or go ahead and get the BFG Mud TA's in a 35" size. My gears are going to be 4:56's so either are ok but the 35's will work better with those.
So, wait 4 months for the MTR's or go for the BFG's??????

Why don't I get some others you say? Well, I work PT at Sears and the auto manager said he would match any price a few online dealers had. Tire Rack happened to have the MTR's for $160ea for the 37's and they had BFG Mud TA for $152 ea plus I get 20% off. I can now get 4 Mud TA's 35x12.5x15, mounted, balanced with road hazard for about $500 or 4 of the MTR's in 37" for $590
I'm not paying $1200 for a set of Krawlers either
