What to do next?

After fixing the minor apparent bugs on my 86 K5 (oil pan and exhaust line), what should I do next?

It has about 140 000 miles and was used as a commercial snowplow for a short period. I believe steering an axles should have a close inspection, but hey, what do I know, I'm a total newbie

axles, steering, suspension, brakes, tires and wheels all need a good inspection. everything else is secondary.
