What to do with this?

I was cleaning up the shop and found this. I'd been tripping over it for a year or more. So I decided to mount it up. Anyone know what model and wheres the best place for dies? Its just got a sticker that says protools.

thats a mb105 bender, could be a mb105HD bender, only difference is the bender arms are thick on the HD.
you can get the dies from www.mikegreen4x4.com or straight from pro-tools.
