I own a 1989 blazer,within the past year i've replaced everything from the brakes/rotors,ball joints to the tailpan,problem is the floors and body mounts are bad.I recently bought a 1985 blazer that has an excelent body,minus engine/tranny.Question is,"what to do",drop my (new) engine/tranny in the '85,or cut them both apart and peice the '89 back together?I would prefer dropping my drive trane into the '85,but,how do I make my injected engine work? If someone could,PLEASE,give me a detailed list on how to make it worth my while or a good reason not to junk the pair,I would appreciate it.
