What to get next?

So I finally have a good start on my audio. Heres what I have so far. I have the Pioneer DEH-P3000IB, JL audio 6x9"s in boxes sitting in front of the rear fender wells. Also, I have the stockers in the dash hooked up. I plan to get those replaced with the kick panels from LMC. Id like to get maybe 6" coakials and find a spot for them. Of course I plan to run everything with an amp. Id like to accomplish great sound with no subs.
What are your thoughts of my plans? Im perty sure I wont need a woofer as I am adding more mids than ussual. Give me the lowdown.

Those kickpanels are expensive, even if they sound great. Currently, i've got just dash speakers, 6x9's, and a sub in my burb, and am really happy. IM planning to put 6.5's in teh doors, but have gotten lazy cause it sounds good as is.

I put infinity reference's in the dash on deck power, and amped the 6x9's.

I think it sounds good. W/ a blazer, put the 6x9's in teh side panels properly, and they will have good bass response w/ the right amp. IM blown away by how good mine sound wiht 100watts a channel in teh burb side panels.

So take the 6X9's out of the boxes? Would they improve sound this way? They will be amped when I get one soon.

Most 2 and 3-way speakers are designed for "infinite baffle" applications so they are supposed to sound better surface mounted with a large air space behind them, but honestly in a truck application like this they might get a little louder in the side panels but it probably won't be super noticeable.

I need an amp more than other speakers! I cant really listen to it loud. Im sure an amp would fix the crackeling. Guess I answered my own question..
