What to paint it?

Ok here is my truck:


I will be soon redoing the body and getting rid of the rust that has formed. After I do so I want to paint the truck because I wouldn't like driving around a rainbow. Also I don't want to roll on my paint or rattle can it. I want to do it right even though it will be lotsa $$$.
The one reqirement is that it matches my maroon interior and can still look good with all the black accessories like my wheels and soon to be bumpers.

So far options are:
White
Silver
Burnt Orange (will have to change interior but this is awsome color)
something more custom like silver and white two tone split with a black stripe.


EDIT: I realise now that this picture is older and is before the bondo the PO put on started cracking off and before last winter so the body is now a lot worse that it looks here.

I keep hearing that black is hard to paint and doesn't hide body defects well.

Thats why I'm not so sure about it.

Flat Black, of course.

All colr of paints show flaws in it... Some are just less noticable than others.... What color is the Firewall and your lower dash panel.... I would say to match the firewall color is the niced and easiest way to make a good paint job looks great, unless your planning on painting the firewall too... Un-matched colors makes someone look for the inperfection when you notice a paint change.... I would also pull everything that is humanly possible including the windshield to paint it....

hides alot, and looks killer with gloss black cage, bumpers etc..

mine is currently black, but i think im going to repaint it with a two-tone black/silver

black does look good tho

I have been trying to come up with a good combination of white, black and silver.

I don't have any recent pictures of it so you don't see it in its actual condition.

The reason I bought the truck is because it looked pretty clean but I found out that that is not the case. Some bad Bondo has seriously come through, and there is a huge hole in my driver's side rocker panel. Both front fenders are bubling up around the edge of the wheel well. My side steps have holes in both of them and I am afraid to step on them.
So, body work isn't essential but once I have it done, I think I will be able to take it to shows. Not looking for the best looking body but something shiny and more presentable. But something I can still take offroading and maybe scratch a little and I won't cry.

If I go silver the SGT Rock Metalic would be the color, if I go burnt ornage then Copperhead Metalic would be the color I choose.



Ok now I want to open up to any sugestions anyone might have as far as color. Any color...

Im finishing up painting my K5 Ferrari Red...literally. I traded some work with a guy at a bodyshop. He just finished rebuilding a 1990 Testarossa, and had some leftover paint...long story short, I have a very bright red truck, and I like it!!
