what tranny is this

Look like a SM465 mated to a NP205.
mech clutch bell on 465 tranny with fig 8 205 on the back side. and i think 350 is high price.

those trannys can basicly crush rocks. and i would say 150-possible 250 max. thats in my area tho.

I paid $100 to one from a guy in Utah last year. I got the tranny/t-case, front driveshaft, all clutch parts (except pedal and linkage) as well as some help loading it. Unless it was recently rebuilt or the person is willing to throw in some extra parts, I'd say 350 is WAY high. Check Ebay, I found mine there.

I think that I will stay with auto. I want to build a 400 for my trail rig.
