could be many things....black Basecoat with a Satin clearcoat, or flattening mixed into the clearcoat.

Not sure if it's stickers or painted on. I've seen airbrushed trim, but couldn't quite follow shaving the door handles only to replace it with a graphic of the same. Hadn't noticed the marker lights til just now. Wierd.
