Depends an what you want to do with it
the Sub carriers more people the dually can haul more
i have both and running around town/ parking is way easier with the sub

Is either 4x4 ?
3500 Silverado Frame alone is bigger & better than the burb, add drive train and it's Silverado by a mile.
I wouldn't buy either if they weren't 4x4, which gives you a more versatile vehicle.
IF you're looking for more passenger options than that's the only compelling reason for the school bus burb' IMHO
