What winch is this sweet bumper made for?

Colby, I'm not sure what that fits, but I know it is definitely not a WARN bumper, and the mounting brackets do not look capable of holding a winch on a rig safely.
I would bet that thing is a grill guard for mounting lights only for a Toyota Tacoma.

I'm just making fun of the Craigslister for referring to that as either/both a bumper and a point on which you'd want to mount a winch.
