What Winch Would You Recomened ???

I recommend the biggest worm drive winch you can find.
that means Ramsey or Megawinch or Pierce Sales.
line length is not an indicator of much.
it will give you a longer pull while double lining, other then that you should have a few straps to extend your range, 2 or 3 30' straps would be a nice addition.
the less cable on the drum the better it is gonna pull.

I really like my Ramsey RE12000 it holds 125' of 3/8 cable and is tough as nails. The RE12000 is a worm gear winch.
