Heres some quick background. I have an 82 blazer with a 3" body lift and 35" tires. Occasionally when turning or flexing they rub on the fender(which isn't cut). So what would happen if I took a set of rear leaf springs from an 80 blazer and put them on the front of mine? Would this work enough to clear the bigger tires?

That should help if I understand you correctly you will also need to do some other upgrades to make it work i think (steering wise, hydro assist?) be easier to just get out the grinder and do a little cuttin.

+1 go with bigger lift or BFH or sawzaw. for all the effort of putting used leafs in the front you could do it right or better.
