what would this cost to put together? (not vehicle related)

i need a stand for my heavy bag, but these cost upwards of 100$!!!!

should i get some steel from lowes and bolt together a clone of this? will it holdup to a 100+lb heavy bag being beaten on?

has to go indoor

and im aobut 6'9 and change, so itll have to be pretty high up

say top of the chain atound 7.5 feet

im wondering, would bolting the square tube hold up to the punishment?
