what would you pay for a modded 2wd stepside?

my dad's friend at work is selling a '76 c10 stepside thats nearly perfect. its got really nice paint, 350 crate motor, beautiful wood bed, i believe a 12bolt rear with 3.73s and posi, its lowered with new rims and tires. my dad's always wanted a chevy stepside to build up and use as a dd. what are these things worth? i rarely see this for sale so im tryin to see. what would you pay?

lady i work with just bought a 75 stepside with a 427 bla bla bla, paid $15,000 for it! dont get me wrong its a bad truck but thats insane. i wouldnt have gone any higher than mabee $7000 for it.

Looks great in the pics... that overspray all over the bed floor is a good sign of sloppy work though.

i personally havent seen it, but my father said the bed has all new wood (i think maple?) so i think those pics are the reflection from the lighting, but i cant say for sure.

Could be it was sprayed, then the wood replaced after.

Either way, it's pretty nice looking. I'd say between 5 and 6 is probably fair if the rest of it is as good...specifically drivetrain and interior.
