Are you planning any long distance trips in it ?...
On my older vehicles that had over 110K on them,I liked having a new timing chain & gears installed ,especially if I had the engine out already, then I would at least know those would not fail and leave me stranded and possibly do more damage internally..but I'm talking 1960's to 80's vintage engines that often had nylon coated cam sprockets noted for early demise..I put new freeze plugs in then too--better than trying to do one later "in the vehicle" on the side of the road..
The newer engines are often noted for going well over 200K without any repairs, just oil changes and filters, and normal tune ups..
A water pump might be ready to start weeping at 124K,that would spoil a long trip if it decided to crap out in the middle of nowhere..
Some of my most reliable vehicles were ones I just kept the oil changed and replaced filters as needed, without doing any other major repairs though...my dad's motto of "if it works, leave it alone" often proved true more often than not..sometimes in the process of "improving" something you only create further troubles,or find things you wish you had not seen..
