i found a np205 tcase with adaptor and its a 91 for sure as it has a electric speedo and short round adaptor. what would you pay for a good used one? i dont want to over pay and have only found the older ones in the past.

I would think in the 250-300 for a rebuilt one. It all depends on how bad you want the round pattern and electric speedo.
It could be a 90 or 91, both had VSS.
Ideally, I'd say up to $350. If it turns out to be a 91 and for a 4L80E then I think it'd be worth as much as $500 (only because of the adapter).
