Ill take a stab at the Differnetials. More than likely a D44 8 lug with drums and an eaton rear. The manual I would guess is a sm465 and a np203.

Tranny would be a SM420 if its a 4 speed.
closed knuckle drum front with a rockwell 221tcase, eaton rear, probably a 420 but could be a 465. Where is Yukon Jack when you need him?
