What ya think of this?

I been playing around with the truck while saving up the $ for my wheels,tires and lift.I painted the steel rallies black what do you guys think? I know the chrome sidesteps look goofy .The previous owner installed them .They will be saying goodbye when the lift goes on.

looks wiked clean dude. you gotta loose the black plastic lower valance on the fron too than it will look even bigger for free...lol

Very nice and clean. I would take many photos of it, hanging around CK5 for any length of time tends to have an effect on clean straight trucks.

usually these rallies look like garbage painted black and look better painted body color

but sometimes...

Thanks guys,I hadnt thought about the front valance ...it my go away tomorrow. Yeah I have noticed the longer I hang around here the more I want to trim the fenders around the tires.I did the last Cherokee I had like that and I loved the look.I just hate to cut up such a nice truck lol.I tried selling it and buying a roughter one but couldnt seem to get rid of it .I guess the current gas prices are to blame. So its open season as soon as I get my lift ,tires and rims. Thanks for the idea for the valance.

heres a pic from the side of the rims.I didnt like em at first but its growing on me.It matches the black grille pretty good and cuts up all that blue and white.Im not much on chrome so I am considering buying a set of those simulated black beadlocks.

I love shiny Blazers

The thing is almost too clean to chop up. Do not cut the fenders - it will ruin that fine body. It would be like going on chemotherapy when you only have a slight cough.
I would do only a slight lift and put in a huge ass engine into it. I wish my body was that clean. Maybe I need to take a shower? Well when you have 32 years of salt spray it tends to give you wrinkles.


I do like the stock rallies . better than my el cheapo steelies.

planning on a 4" lift with some 33" tires .It already has a pretty stout 355 but I am planning a big block when it dies.The Blazer only has 126k orig miles and the 355 has a around 26k on it .I wont cut the fenders until its necessary I just know how I am ....one thing leads to another and next thing you know you are street driving a 10 second Mustang lol!

Yeah, mine wasn't anywhere near as clean as that, but clean none the less. One dent after hanging out with these guys, lifted, plans to chop, taking doors off, rhino lining floor, yada yada.... Oh, only been here for about 6 months. Love your truck, leave it that way (for a little while).

Good Looking truck. Don't trim the fenders if you don't have too. 33's and 4" of lift should work without trimming, and a clean, uncut body sure looks purrty!
