What year truck did the fuel pump move to be electric in the gas tank?

TBI= in tank pump, Carb and diesel are on the motor.

Chevy dealer says the the replacement motor is the same part number for 87 to 95 under 8500 GVW. I was thinking that 87 K5 had engine fuel pump???

Was thinking about if replacement motor has shaft hole for engine fuel pump??
