Going to have my buddy go to the junkyards for me and find me some seats and risers. He lives in southern cali and I am in az so he doesnt know what the seat/risers look like so if i knew a year range i could tell him what to look for. Do any of you guys know what years will directly bolt in to stock location on an 85 k5?? Thanks

Anything from a K5 that has foot space for the rear passengers will fit. But stay away from the later ones that the seatbelts bolt to the ceiling, believe them to be a bit different.
On my 85 the seat belt bolt to the "b" pillar but I cut the roof off

The mounts are different from the 70 into the 80's , but the seats themselves have the proper number of threaded holes for either mount , some are just covered up with fabric or foam .
I got some seats out of a sub, but the floor pan is WAY different. The seats are not the best, but they will work for a trail rig. So I guess i need the brackets(risers) only. I still got to find what years are compadable,.
