What years did the 14BFF get factory discs?

Just wondering what years the 14BFF got discs with the little e-brake drum assembly in the middle of the rotor. Also, what drivetrains did those 14BFF come with. I've been trying to search for it, but haven't found anything solid.

my dads 97 chevy 3500 4x4 has a rear 14bff and it still has drums

So any 2500HD '01-up with a 6.0L should have a factory discs. If anyone has anything to add, please do.

all the newer 10.5 AAM 14 bolts ( which is the same as the corprate 14bolt) use disks that is chevy and dodge, also the newer 11.5 14 bolt uses disks you may be able to get theses to work but im not 100% sure i would have to look at the prints for the two axles but i know the 11.5 uses a 2 pistion calpier in the rear.
