what is the best method of bleading a master cyl?

replacing one for my custom hydro clutch, old single port ford part.

without a beeding kit? ure foot+pumping the crap out of it. help ure self isle in kragen or autozone has bleeder niples, so u dont have to keep messin with it. prevents air from going back into ure line
