Whats a 84 K5 rolling chassis worth..

What is a 84 K5 minus the enigne tranny and t-case worth. It was originally a diesel truck and has hydroboost and 3.73 gears...I have one that I am thinking about unloading but trying to get an idea of what is fair and what will get it outta my hair...
