Good enough. Its been sitting under a tarp for years and is missing the converter. I just put it up on CL for $75 so thats probably about fair.
A BOP case will bring alot more than the $75.00 you're listing it for even as a rebuildable core. I would add another $100.00 onto the price like Kert said for a total of 175.00 and I wouldn't take anything less than $150.00.

Meh, it was free. $75 should get it sold in a timely manor but still not get me ripped off. We'll see.
You'd have a hard time finding one here in a junkyard now--if they did have one they'ed want 200+ bucks for a "good" useable bolt in and go one..

Was there anything in particular that made them better then one out of say, a buick?

For what its worth, i didnt see a K on it any where.

Not K cases but their cases had a stronger composition than other GM cars.
The case is stronger and the internals are stronger.
If I had one on hand I would grab it, I already have a bolt on belhousing with Chevy pattern, I could build myself a nice strong th400.
