whats a fair price to pay for a dana 60 front single wheel open differental 4.10 with knuckle kits new pads all new bearings turned rotors oem warn hubs new spicer axle u joints new pinion seal ect gone thru i want to know if im hosing someone i have one for sale and i keep getting its priced to high

what do you mean by a knuckle kit? is that a kingpin rebuild kit?

a ready to go SRW 60 in this area could easily bring $1000. But most guys are paying less then $400 for one cut out at a junkyard.

i paid 1400 for my cucv axles. 4.56's with a detroit outback, of course with the rear disks and the rebuilds of both and new brakes up front im right at about 2k. i'd say 1k-1200 is a good price.

If virgils 60 is rebuilt to the hilt like he claims, then its prolly worth $1500-1800. $1400 buddy price.

I paid 1300$ for cucv axles 60 14 bolt, with 4.56 and detroit lockers, the 14 bolt was perfect, but i rebuilt the 60. I would say its worth around 1200.

Maybe $800 plus all your receipts for the parts.... you aren't likely to get paid for your labor.

You can't even compair west cost prices to east coast prices for a Dana 60. There are WAY more Dana 60's on the east cost out their to find and the prices are lower.

well I paid 1100 for a 60 with: 35 spline outer, detroit locker, 5.13 gears, no hubs, meaty rotors, loaded calipers, rebuilt kinpins and a crossover steer arm, but that was from a friend anyone else and it would have been close to 2k

Thanks to four wheelers "needing" them , the yards know all about "us" , they go for anywhere from 800 to 1500 dollars .

I bought one last year for $200, and sold it for $850, but the only reason I bought it in the first place was bc it was a good deal and could make a few bucks. I already have a m1008 anyways so I couldnt justify keeping it. I would say if you are patient, you can find one cheap, but it will need work to rebuild. Or you can find a wheeler who is moving on to other things and get his axles that have already been built the way you want it in the first place.
