"86 cucv m 1008 military truck. 6.2 diesel, th400 auto trans, np208 transfer case w/2.61 low. 14 bolt with gov. lock. dana 60 front. 4.56 gears. 24v electric. black out lights. tie downs in the bed. pintle hitch but no d-rings. no spare. the vin is 1gcgd34j2gf306471. i have a texas title. has a current texas vehicle inspection. just released from the government. 47992 miles.
this truck runs and drives like its supposed to. the glow plugs cycle and start the truck. both alternators charge. its has two good batteries. runs down the road at about 55. 3 tires are 50% one is 20%. hubs work and the transfer case shifts in all ranges. i havnt seen anything leaking. motor runs great with no blow-by. the body was just recently painted white. the left side has had some body work done. no rust anywhere. the dash is cracked, windshield is good. this truck would drive anywhere, just not very fast. "
