What\'s an 88-91 V3500 run?..on average

Looking to get a tow rig maybe. Just saw one locally for $16,500 /forums/images/graemlins/eek.gif /forums/images/graemlins/eek.gif It had a 4" lift and a winch, but nothin too fancy /forums/images/graemlins/eek.gif

An '88 3500 will be the old body style just so you know. So for 1-ton trucks it would be 89-91 for the newer body.

Or maybe it was up to 91? I can't remember.

did a several month search and found (with the help of ck5) a 1989 v 3500 crewcab dually, loaded, with extras and only 36 k arizona original miles.. nearly mint for 10k, from a 75 year old, rv'r.... so deals can be had

I might consider selling it for 15.... I have 12 in it now... it is loaded and by the time I get done with it will be sweet,,,i.e set up for traveling with a/c power, dual optimas etc etc etc.... but we are also looking at a new dodge w3500,,, 600 cummins... instead of the bigblock chevy.... but then again its hard to justify 45k on a truck that isnt a daily driver... and sits garaged most of the time.... we bought the 3500 crew for travelling... me momma 4 dogs and a parrot named tango that speaks like a drunk sailor, barks like a dog, honks like a goose, and is a great burglar alarm... parrot not for sale
