Whats checked in a brake and lamp inspection(CA)?

I need to finish the resurection from salvaged thru the CA DMV. All in need is a brake and lamp inspection now.
Anybody know what the checklist is to pass? I searched the web and DMV's page with no luck.
Anybody know someone who does this in norhtern CA and is CK5 friendly?

I had to have it done to my Blazer. They check all lights and they measure the brake pads and rotors to see if it is within factory specs.

Are backup lights checked?
E brake?
