My rig is sitting just shy of 109" right now. I'm probably gonna stretch it to at least 115" before I'm done playing with it and possibly more. What is everybody running and how do you like it for the terrain you wheel?

I havent wheeled it with the new wheelbase but at stock (106.5") I liked it. On some of the climbs I could have used a little more but overall it works well with the 35's.
with my new wheelbase (108.5") It should be perfect with the 35's.
I am planning on going to 42" iroks pretty soon so I am going to Flip my 56's around and be at 112.5". That should balance out pretty good for breakover angle. but more then likely I will fine tune it past that with some zero rates.

I'm currently at the stock 131" but hope to be 116" by the end of the week :D

If i ever get the Alcan's under the truck it'll be at 109.5". Currently at 108.

Both of my offroaders are sitting at 130". Regular cab long beds. I have been doing some research lately and what I have observed is (nothing scientific here) that 115" seems to be the majic number for a purpose built rig with tires in the 38-42" range. It seems to me that people who are sitting less than 115 generally want more wheelbase and people over 115 generally want less. I am not sure if there is any fact behind my theory, and I have never driven a rig with 115" wheelbase, but for my next build that is what I am going to shoot for.

104" stock..

Stretched to 107" (1" forward front, 2" rear back axle)

"Works fine, lasts long time" :D

78 Jimmy. 113" with reversed 56"s and shackle flip out back, 52"s front with the spring pad and plate drilled to move front axle 1" foreward.

It works well for me with 42s

let me know how that goes
Will do. I'll loose some climbing ability, but I'm hoping the added maneuverability is worth the trade.

116", K5 drivetrain position with the front bumped forward 6-7" and the rear axle back a little too.
It's only running the equivalent of a 3" lift with 42's and I'm pretty happy. I can't climb super steep ledges like I could at 109 but I did some steep stuff in Moab at BB05 that I could not do before. Frame height is about 25" and it still works well in big rocks. Overall I'm pretty happy.
