What's going on here?

I was on a website trying to order a Canback top for my Blazer when the following notice came up:
"Special Notice" Please Read
We are not currently accepting orders for the Can Back product line. We have been unable to contact this manufacture for over 8 weeks. Phone numbers for this company is no longer in service and we can not verify if the company is still in business. We will update this site as more information becomes available

First it was STC that went out of business (I really wanted a fastrack), then I called Bestop and they told me they are no longer producing the Tiger top for my 72, Now Canback? Anyone out there know what's going on?

ohhh yeah the demand might not be high enough to keep the product line going.

Do you think it was because Can-Back was purchased last year?

i don't think a lot of people would buy these tops so once they make their money and understand a lot of orders won't be coming they end up closing up
