What's It Worth?

I've got my engine, trans and transfer case sitting on my garage floor and a friend was asking me if he could buy it. What's a fair price for it?

1990 TBI 454, SM465 with hydraulic clutch and NP205. The whole combo has 100K on it, but I'm assumming everything will need to be gone through. I have everything from the intake hoses, wiring harness, fuel pumps, etc.

Can you give me a good estimate?

I don't know a price but just to verify, the 205 has VSS doesn't it? (rare!)

Your neighbor knows a bit more about you and how the truck has been treated so he has a better idea what he is getting into then most of us would. The downside is when you deal with neighbors/family/friends if they think they got cheated it can make things weird between you two. Just my .02

the trany here runs 250 and up the 205 is in the 300 and up range if the bb runs 500 and up.
