I found a local guy with a 1 ton rolling chassis. Has D60/14 bolt with 4.10's. TH400/NP205 combo. Almost have him down to $1k

In my experience, with a deal this good, you'll be very lucky to be the one to actually get it.
Don't argue price further, it's a steal at $1000 (assuming they're SRW). You might feel like he might move on price but in my experience someone else will grab it quick. Hell, someone may offer more money than you after you've agreed to buy it. Get it, as soon as you can.
