Whats my 10 bolt worth?

Hey guys, local guy I know needs my 10 bolt that I am gona be ditching soon, he wants the steering knuckles. But I'm gona sell him the whole thing. What do you guys think is a fair price? 3.42, warn hubs (i may steal), new ball joints, 4" steering arm (might steal too), and new calipers. Thanks!
