I need a 4-6'' drop pitman arm, leaf spring bushings, shocks, u-bolts (etc).
I have an 88 k5, will I need to do anything with brake lines or are they fine? Anything else I need? Let me know. Thanks, Mike...

So far I have a set of 4-6'' front leaf springs...

www.offroaddesign.com

They will have everything you need. Great quality, great service. They specialize in '73-91 solid axle k5's,Suburbans and pickups.

with 4" or more lift you will either need to use a front brakeline relocation mount or buy new Stainless Steel braided lines that are made 6" longer than stock.

If you have 4" or 6" lift front springs, you will need either cheap 4" lift rear lift blocks, 4"-6" rear lift springs, or a 4" rear shackle flip kit (depending on what you want).

Call Offroad Design. Talk to Stephen Watson if he's available. They will hook you up

For brake lines, I've been told (not verified yet) that stock lines out of a 89+ chevy 2wd pickup will bolt right in and are ~6" longer than what's in your K5. Also, they cost less than $15 a side.

I bought all of my suspension from them, and free shipping too.

did you have any problems with them? i will never order from them again!
as said above, off road design has everything you will need. they can put together anything and everything you need. the 2wd brake lines will work and are considerably cheaper.

I ordered a hitch from them. Best price, free and fast shipping. I was pretty impressed.

Guess I got lucky? That sucks about your order! I'm going through something similar with ebay seller. Paid for something on April 1st. He promised to ship out asap. Long story short I still do not have item. Filed claim with paypal and am still awaiting for some kind of response.:(

yea thankfully that wasnt how much my order was for! they tried screwin me but I got my money back from them, another I would stay away from is superlift.com directly. those guys sent me all the wrong stuff but this is just my personal experiences. good luck with the ebay thing!

Try store.4wheelingplus.com I believe they have what you need. I bought a lift kit from them, very happy with service, etc. The owner's a K5 guy, too.

Fed ex lost one of my springs but had another one shipped out right away.
Is anybody else going to give you free shipping on a lift kit, but they do.
I would order from them again.

I echo the Off Road Design recommendations... they're fantastic.

Brake lines: I'm running 89-98 2wd front lines on my truck and they work great. I didn't measure exactly, but they're 5-6 inches longer than stock. Mine came with a brass bracket attached to the line about halfway down (intended to bolt to the control arm in the original application I think) but a pair of vice grips (being careful not to damage the line) removed it and in all other ways they were perfect. $14.99 a side at a chain store. Just make sure you check to ensure the extra line isn't rubbing on the tires. I use a couple of soft throttle return type springs as "keepers" to pull the line up and back toward the firewall out of the way when the suspension compresses, but then allow them to extend to full length on droop.
