whats the exhaust manifold torque specs?

I missplaced my manual and would like to know what the stock exhuast manifold to head torque specs are? also, is there a torque pattern?

tight, ,,,,,,torque specs,,,,,what are those

i just do a snug up on all of them, then run them down alittle at a time until they are tight.....run the engine a few days, then go back and check them again.

if your manifold or headers are leaking.... they are to loose....
