whats the ugliest rig you've own?

usually people don't take pictures of their shame. my ugliest rig was a 1980 Olds cutlass sierra. it was a silver four door. was a deisel that someone converted to gas. had a vinyl top that someone tore off, exposing all the black glue. had an aftermarket sunroof that leaked bad. leaked along the top of the windshield too. drivers window didn't go down. the tail lights didn't always work which would get me pulled over. then I couldn't put the window down.

paid $200 for it cause it had fresh inspection stickers. got it from a friend of my girlfriends dad. drove it till the stickers were bad, then parted it out and scrapped the rest. some of it lives on in my uncles 2 door cutlass

Functional and user friendly.... but ugly. Still the more I drive it, the more I like it.

i've got a close 3 way tie...

in the order they were purchased...

1977 Chevy C20 350/350 paid $350, scabbed motor and trans for my '82 C10, then sold the body for $150. went on to finish 1st in a demolition derby with my buddy behind the wheel, his only win to date.

1979 Chevy K20 350/350/203 with a Western blade on it. bought for $800, put a spare gas tank i had on it, and sold it to my buddy as a favor for the $850 i had into it. the floors were rusty enough that when you hit a set of railraod tracks, the tcase shifter would jump into neutral.

1973 Chevy C20 no motor/trans bought for $75. VERY rotten. the bed literally fell off when i removed the 2 sheets of plywood that were attached to the "bed floor" and sides with L brackets and sheetmetal screws. put 88 Chevy bed on it, and ran it in the derby at the fair. finished 5th with me behind the wheel, and then second the next year with my buddy at the controls.

.... Turbo... Naw. Just a screaming set of 4 squirrels (1.6L) that made a whopping 90 Hp back when it was new..... I'm sure it's less now.

here is some ugliness, I drove this truck until the bed fell off the frame and was dragging on my tire. this was a free truck that i got in connecticut and drove all the way to cali in. Wish i had a picture of the truck when i got 9 fix it tickets leaving a titty bar, thats when it looked the worst.

Well, I guess I could say somthing about a beer bottle brown Pinto I owned in the 80's, but then someone with a Gremlin or Pacer would drive up and I felt better. As for recent ugly, I'll let the picture do the talking.
