I think your best bet would be to find a yard that still has stuff that old. I wonder if that piece would have changed at all during the K5 production run.

wow page 42 even has factory tach gauge parts. no tach i seen but new circit boards or the whole back that lots of times are junk and small fuel gauge.

I have also seen the wood bed floor wear strips used as well. This is for the 69-72 blazers, cant really tell in the pic if that would be close enough for you to use or not. That is what i intend to use for my 72' jimmy, they are 19.95 from lmc truck, you may have to trim it down a bit and drill your own screw holes though

I don't know wht this 1974 looks like under the paint and it is NOT my color (it is more yellow than mine will be), but this is pretty good.
