The red wire in the pic its on the passenger side firewall.
 
It's called a fuel pump prime. When you run 12 volt batt power to it, the fuel pump runs regardless of key position or what ECM tells the fuel pump to do.
 
My 87 TBI has ran great and its never been connected. Should it be hooked up?
 
And these they hang under the front bumper, my truck is a 87 1/2 ton 4x4.

NO! It's there as a diagnostic tool. It's supposed to be just like it is.

Not sure on the other ones? Do all your lights work right?
 
Ok cool thanks alot. Yes all wires work perfect, looks like maybe some harness for some bumper lights but this model had no bumper lights.
