What's this worth (k20 with no body)

fella near me is selling this:

350 engine,4 speed, 205 t-case,D44 and 14bolt full float. frame etc.....only body is missing.
I did not see it,that's the info that he told me, on the phone.
Truck was running,he removed the body to install a newer style, but project did not work out.
Call XXXX xxx-xxxx for more info and $$$$.
$$$$ is negotiable.

i live on the east coast of Canada. i have no need for this truck... but it's not about need is it?
