Beadlocks are in the future. I will be going with the $200 Great lakes weld ons, but I will see how they do without I just dont have the $$ right now.

I am running 4 1/4" backspacing on the rims.

For seating the beads I used 2 big ratchet strap and sucked the middle town pushing the beadouts. Pretty easy really, only took me about 10 min per tire. Of course the tire machine I used helped alot

No it isnt my DD anymore. I got a 2001 Chevy 4x4 2500 for the DD and towing purpose. It is still insured and registered for another year or so. I plant to drive it to school a few times or when its nice out.

Trimming, well yea theres alot of that to do haha.

On the truck they measure about 40.5"

Dont have a scale but on the freight receipt it said 310 lbs for all 4 tires. So thats 77.5lbs per tire.

i like iroks but i "still" dont like how the tread is so sparce and not so deep, are they a harder compound than other swampers or are they the same.
i like um but not convinced enough to go out and get a set.

The 39.5's have a pretty shallow tread depth but the 42's are the same as a 42" TSL.

yea I mow 4 a week.


yea chopped the top off for the new cage.
I backed the truck out of the garage today to put the cage in (sorry no pics of the cage).
But heres the truck. I am mounting the other 2 tires tomorrow so ill be sure to get some daylight pics with the tires and cage.

It had 14bff, 8 lug 10b front.
4.88's in the rear with a detroit.
4.88's in the front with a lockright.
56's rear.
4" RC springs up front.
35's

$50 a lawn. The houses that I mow are all out by the lake (rich people) and the lawns are really tiny. Only bad thing is its about 30 min from my house.
I mow all 4 each week till around this time of year then I stop mowing and trim trees or do handman things around there house. Bad part is only 2 of the 4 want me to do that.
