If there was only one of them I'd say it was like a camaro muffler in the top on both sides and out the bottom of one side (think of the muffler sideways not vertical). But since there's two mufflers like that you got me?> /forums/images/graemlins/dunno.gif /forums/images/graemlins/screwy.gif

My guess, some one got a smokin deal on mufflers and jerry riged it from there.

Still looks really screwy though, especially on a dually /forums/images/graemlins/screwy.gif

That is deff from a 82-92 camaro muffler. I have had a couple camaros from that year and that looks just like it. but why they put it on /forums/images/graemlins/dunno.gif

that is retarded.if anthing that is sucking up some major hp from the engine.take out the double freekin weird crap and run single to that muffler and you should get some major hp gains.

camaros have the muffler parellel with the rear axle behind it thats why its like that.

Sure they aren't single in dual out mufflers?
I'd deffinately be making sure bolts are tight,distributer isn't on backwards,not oil in the radiator,water in the crankcase ect... /forums/images/graemlins/screwy.gif /forums/images/graemlins/yikes.gif /forums/images/graemlins/screwy.gif

They ARE single in/dual out muffs. As stated above, most likely from an 80's Camaro/Trans Am/Firebird. My '86 TA's muff was just like that.
