i just replaced about $200 dollars worth of brake components on my 10 bolt. i finished everything up and go to put the wheels back on and they hit the new calipers. the new calipers sit about 1/4 inch above the backing plate. i dont understand why they would be different than the old calipers. everything else still lines up and fits right (flex lines, pads, rotors, caliper bolts). its my last obstacle with this front end any help would be appreciated. thanks

more info. 6lug 8 lug stock wheels or aftermarket. ? were did you get parts what store? some are 200% junk anymore for parts quality.

If it is an 8 lug, and it has 15" wheels, then someone ground down the old calipers, 15" wheels don't fot over the calipers, so they get grinded to fit, you either need to get your core's back and rebuild them and put them back on, or grind the new ones to fit
