I just ordered a set of 16.5x9.75 StazWorks dual beadlocks for my d60/14b f/f equiped Jimmy. I need to know what backspcing is recommended.

I'm currnetly running 38.5x16x16.5 TSL on 16.5x12 M/T classic IIs I plan on running 42s once the 38s are worn (or sold).

I have crossover steering, 7" spring lift and 1" body. May run a hi-steer setup in the future.

Isn't stock around 4 5/8's or so...

Do I need less backspacing?

What are the pros and cons?

I like having a wider stance but what is the most practical for trai use?

Any and all suggestions are welcome.... :D

I've got 4 3/4" bs on my whitespokes with 39.5" Swampers. No problems. In FourWheeler mag a few years ago they mounted 42's on a D60 with 4 3/4" bs and got some rubbing lock to lock. They said in retrospect, 3.5" would have been a better bs to go with.
