First off, this is my first time visiting this particular forum /forums/images/graemlins/1zhelp.gif

'98 Olds Bravada 4x4 w/ smarttrac. I have read how to remove them, but what is the size of the socket used? I tried up to a 33mm, and I was kind of thinking a 34mm might fit the (hub retaining nut?)

That is the only extra tool I will have to buy, right?

I'm pretty sure that my '91 takes a 34 MM socket. /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif

mine uses a 36mm , and that is on a 1988

Yep! I was just in my toolbox the other day and noticed that the monster socket that I bought for the S-Jimmy is indeed a 36 MM. /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif
