I have a Dana 44 from an Isuzu Rodeo in my S10 Blazer. The problem I'm running into is the axle was for hub centric wheels. I'm using stock 6 lug rallies and they will not sit all the way against the rotor. When the wheel is tight the rotor still moves a little. What are my options to make these work. One is have the axles machined down to fit. Really dont want to have to go that route, but will if it's the only way. Thanks.

have a machine shop bore out the center holes of the rims to a few tho of the center flange on the axle.

I think I'm just going to pull the axles out and have them machined down. Then i wont have to worry about when i need to rotate the tires or go to different wheels.
